Natural Haircare
She Scentit Haircare review.
I have been a natural curly girl for about five years. And this line has been in my haircare routine the whole time. This line will continue to be in my routine as well. It is an online only product line. (At least that I know of) It is not a well talked about line. Which I have no idea why. Their customer service is amazing. Their products are even versatile. (Multi-task) There are not many videos on Youtube on this brand. They are a indie brand. I would not call them that because they have been around for some time but since they are not main stream ... I will keep it at indie.
There are many different brands out for natural hair. Those you can buy at Sally's Beauty, Target, Walmart, and even Wholefoods. Then are online stores that you can buy a variety of brands at one online store. This brand in particular though, you can only buy at two online stores that I know of. (correct me if I am wrong) Hattache.com and shescentit.com. .
Their range of products for different hair types and problems is great. Their ingredients are very good. 98% Natural, no parabens, no mineral oil and no petrolum. My kind of products. My hair response so well to these products. My whole family, with all different hair textures can use this line. These products also smell great. Their sales are also very nice. They have them for major holidays and sometimes for other things. Usually that is when I part take in purchasing. I would not call them but I would not call them cheap either. I do believe it is reasonable considering the ingredients and the quality of the product.
If you have a hair problem or issue there is a product in their line that can help. For me there are a one stop shop. Highly under rated line. I am definitely a fan and fanatic.
My favorite product thus far is the Avocado Conditioner. I can use it as a pre treatment, rinse out, leave in, and even a deep conditoner. If my hair is acting up this is my go to conditoner. My current MVP product as of now is the Marula Mallow Leave in and Styler. I have used it as a leave in, refresher, and as a styler. Cheers!
I could just keep raving on and on about how much I love this line. I have tried majority of the their products. I have enjoyed every product I have tried.

Sugarpill
Nurse Lipstick Review!!!
Sugarpill is an indie online brand. Known for their vibrant color range, vegan, cruelty-free, and affordability. Their eyeshadows are very pigmented. This brand has been featured in magazines with a lot of other publicity. Amy aka Shrinkle puts love and thought into all her products. I am a long time fan of this line. The loose pigment range is my personal favorite.
When Sugarpill started to tease with the images of lipsticks, I just swooned. A nice vibrant blue based red lipstick. Purr! Two lipsticks were debuted at The Los Angeles Makeup Show. Girl Crush which is a hot pink and Nurse a blue based red. (I will keep putting in blue based red because those are so hard to find.)
I was not able to attend but I was privileged enough to have someone purchase it for me. I am very satisfied with this purchased. First off, it smells like an orange push up ice-cream. Second, it is Matte and very pigmented. Third but not lastly, OMG this packaging is intense. It is by far the cutest ever. I cannot even. I was not ready. When I apply this lipstick, I do use a dark red or brown lip-liner just on the outer area. It gives my lips a little more definition. That is just a preference. The wear time is very nice. I did not have to keep applying it all day. Also, I would suggest because it is a matte formula that your lips are nice and moisturized.
I do hope that they will continue to make more lipsticks. This formula is very impressive and comfortable. This lipstick is not sold online yet. Hopefully it will be soon. sugarpillcosmetics.com

Lancôme!!!
Lancôme Drama Liqui-Pencil Long Wear Eyeliner
Noir Intense
An extreme, long wear eyeliner pencil. A Sephora Exclusive, with 15 other colors.
The black pencil eyeliner battle has happened to most of us make-up enthusiast. It is always one of these or all : Smudges, not dark enough, moves around and/or fades too quickly. I have bought and tried countless different eyeliners. The closest...the original tried and true was Urban Decay Perversion. But it did smudge and run around a bit. I always set my black eyeliner with a black eye shadow when it is in my waterline. And yet they always moved around my eyes.
By the grace of the Universe I have found my perfect eyeliner. I am just so pleased with this eyeliner, I would shout from the hills,"IT DOES NOT MOVEEEEEE!!" Lancôme Drama Liqui-Pencil Eyeliners are amazing. I am in LOVE. These eyeliners give me life. Makeupvixen and Xsparkage on YouTube, both have spoken highly about these Lancôme eyeliners. I only have one for right now. I am for sure going back for more. They glide on so smoothly as well. NO pulling on the eyes. Such a very nice dark black.
With all these positive qualities. There is one... and I mean one major downfall. The price. The price is $23 dollars per pencil. That is very...very steep. I was a taken back by the price. Yet, on that note tho, I do find it worth it.

Jeffree Star Review!
Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick Review
HOE,HOE,HOE
The description of the lipstick on Beautylish.com says "This fierce red is gorgeous. Hoe Hoe Hoe,
part of Jeffree Star's Limited Edition Holiday Collection, is deep toned with hints of metallic red and purple throughout. Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick goes on opaque, dries completely matte and stays on for hours! This product is 100% vegan & cruelty-free."
The price of this lipstick is $18 dollars before tax and shipping. Also, just one more time it is limited edition and appears to be sold out on both the Beautylish website and the Jeffree Star website.
The packaging is very sleek and the applicator is shaped differently than most. It does have a pointy flat kind of tip to it. That tip does make it easier for a more precise application. The claims of the description is true, mostly. I do find this lipstick moisturizing and smooth. It is not sticky nor is it gritty. Being gritty can happen with glittery lipsticks. With all the positives being said, I do in fact have a complaint. I do not like the fact it transfers. I tried multiple different ways and gets on everything. For $18 dollars I do not believe it should do that. Honestly, that is my only complaint. Overall it is a very nice lipstick.

Besame Cosmetics
"Besame Cosmetics" combines retro, classic and beauty together in one elegant cosmetic line. This line has been a huge talk on Youtube. You can buy their loose powders from Sephora. You can buy all their products at Besamecosmetics. I went to their booth at The Makeup Show Los Angeles. I fell in love. I have never seen a mascara like the "1932 Brown Cake Mascara" or the "1940 Cream Mascara"
The booth was set up so cute, and the employees were very nice. They had the whole retro feel, even in their clothing.
I purchased "American Beauty Red" Lipstick and the "Cashmere Pressed Powder" set. The packaging for the lipstick is so sleek and clean. It is shiny, and very pretty. I am a sucker for packaging :) . The Red lipstick I bought has more of a pink undertone. It is creamy and smooth. The face powders are so nice. They are soft and they are easy to blend. Great setting powders. Also they are photo friendly no cast.
I loved all the cosmetics so much, I went on line when I go home to buy the compact as well.
I love these products. Best settting powders and the lipstick is amazing. The compact is small and it is very cute. You can carry it around, it is not bulky. I highly recommend them.

Yep! That will teach me!
Dose of Color Black Rose and Kat Von D Vampira
I just threw a fit. I can not believe I did all that and I already had something like it.
While at The LA Makeup Show, I went to Naimies and bought Dose of Color Purple Rain... and decided against getting Black Rose. Then I regretted it. Went to buy it online sold out so fast. I had to be on a mission to get it on the ground. Once I got it, I was so pleased with myself. I was cheering and satisfied. My sigh of relief echoed thru out the house. Then I started to notice something. I grabbed my purse and swatch Black Rose next to Vampira. My eyes became so huge. My suspicions were correct. They are dupes for each other. I crumbled. I had no idea they were so similar. After all that I went through to get it. I wanted to throw a tantrum.
Both Liquid matte Lipsticks
No Flash Top: Vampira Bottom: Black Rose
With Flash
I do like both of these lippies. But they are close dupes to each almost exact. I might be just trying to find something that makes them look different but I think that "Black Rose" is more pink.
Well with "Black Rose" being limited edition and "Vampira" being more availiable... No need to get bent. Still I am just shocked on how close they are.

Eye primer
Michael Marcus Eye Primer
I have been searching for my holy grail eyeshadow base for a long time. I have tried "Mac" Paint pots, "Urban Decay", "Nyx" white base, "Too Face" and even "Lime Crime". The closest I have come to a favorite was Lime Crime. But due to the drama and the customer service I rather not. I am one of those that I do not care how great the product is, if the service is bad... and so is the way the business conducts, I am okay.I do not need the product. A bit of a tangent there. Anyway, I think a close second would be "Too Face" shadow insurance. I use the shadow insurance the most, I can buy it one the ground and I know I will always be able to get it. Where as with the Lime Crime I will not be repurchasing and cannot get on the ground.
While at The Makeup show Los Angeles I had the privilege of meeting Michael Marcus. He is a very nice guy and pleasant . Random TMI but his cologne was very nice..Which means he smelled great. I have a weird obsession about that. I realize now that I wish I would have bought more of his products.I tried some of his products. All of it water proof. Great for Bridal makeup considering how emotional weddings are. Makeupvixen on Youtube did a video on Bridal makeup and mentioned his products for the very reason that it is water proof.
The one product that caught my eye was the eyeshadow primer. It has a smooth texture, and it is a nude color. I have not noticed a scent at all. It comes it a pot rather that a tube. This is a first impression ...I have only worn it once and have not seen if it can with stand a whole night of foolishness.

As far as first impression go this is a great product. I live somewhere that gets really hot humid weather. This products does keep everything in place and makes it last.
